Our stay was simply magnificent! The staff was incredibly attentive, with Alex and Rene going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The W Hong Kong offers an amazing experience. The location is superb, right above the MTR and connected to the Elements shopping mall. Perfect for those traveling to the airport since I hopped on the Airport Express. I stayed in the Wonderful King Room with City View. the view from the room was stunning and the bathroom spacious, which I really appreciated. The staff truly made the stay special. They were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I felt taken care of. I even received a thoughtful gift from housekeeping, a screen cleaner for my laptop, which showed their attention to detail. The only downside I encountered was the breakfast I had on the first day. it felt mediocre for the price. Also, finding my SIM card took longer than I expected when it had issues. Overall, the service was top-notch, but the food quality could improve, and the SIM card fix process could be quicker.

We had an amazing girls trip and enjoyed the nightlife vibes at the bar with great cocktails. The location made it super easy to explore the city and there's MTR access right there. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond, especially Alex and Rene. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!

The only downside was that setting up my SIM card took longer than expected.
